Cancellation Policy
To ensure exclusivity and respect for all clients’ time, a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward your service total. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged 75% of the scheduled service total. A 6% processing fee applies to all Pay-in-4 payment options. Appointments scheduled after 5:00pm are considered after-hours and are subject to an additional fee.
