AR Aesthetics

To ensure exclusivity and respect for all clients’ time, a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward your service total. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged 75% of the scheduled service total. A 6% processing fee applies to all Pay-in-4 payment options. Appointments scheduled after 5:00pm are considered after-hours and are subject to an additional fee. By joining the waitlist, you are agreeing to be automatically booked into the next available appointment that matches your requested service and waitlist preferences. Once an appointment becomes available, you may be automatically scheduled and will receive a booking notification. Please do not join the waitlist unless you are prepared to accept an appointment that becomes available. If the appointment does not work for you, you are responsible for cancelling or rescheduling according to my cancellation policy. Cancellation fees may apply. If you have specific days or times that you are unavailable, please include that information in the notes section when joining the waitlist. If no restrictions are provided, you may be booked into the next available appointment. Please note that joining the waitlist does not guarantee a specific date or time. The purpose of the waitlist is to allow you to be automatically placed into an earlier opening when one becomes available.
